The recipe totally called for blueberries - which I thought I had! - but didn't :) Worked out great, because I loved the strawberries instead. I'd never used banana in a recipe like this, and it really made the pancakes special. The "facon bacon" is made of tempeh and a marinade of cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and soy sauce - it wasn't bacon, but it was ok.
